At Baseball & Softball, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the diamond, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your bats, gloves, or cleats in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
